SHIPPING METHODS
At KC Beauty-Full, we offer both online and in-store purchases. Our online orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We currently offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. For international orders, please contact us for more information. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure the products reach you in perfect condition. If there are any damages or issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At KC Beauty-Full, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process and include your order number and reason for return in the email. We do not offer exchanges at this time but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
